I bought a Inspiron 16 5620 laptop 2 week ago, while using I found that my touchpad is not working properly i.e. cursor is lagging and not moving sometime while using touchpad. other than that I found that laptop get hit while using for 2-3 hours. So I highly request team to pay attention to solve this issues as soon as possible.The first troubleshooting step would be to check if the Dell 2-in-1 laptop is in tablet mode.
