How can i reset my acceptance rate on doordash.
My acceptance rate was below 40% so when Doordash offered a one time only acceptance rate reset, I agreed. They said it would take about a month to take effect so I eagerly waited. It finally came through a week or so ago. This morning, I woke up to a message telling me my reset had expired. I checked and I am back down to 40% acceptance rate.
How long does it usually take after the form for the acceptance rate to reset and until then should I continue to doordash or just wait for the reset?It's not over $5 and I can't justify accepting orders with zero tip. My rate is almost below 90% and I'm worried that unless I take these zero tip orders I won't be able to deliver at all.
